Join Us as we welcome spring by adorning it with 108 Sun Salutations!
Suyra Namaskar is commonly translated to Sun Salutation, but with closer inspection it likely means to bow or adorn the sun. In any case the coming of spring for us Tacomen’s men more light and warmer days and we’re happy to celebrate that with some movement! Of course this is the PNW so Indra (the Hindu god of rain) is likely to want to celebrate with us, not a problem we welcome all!
Rain or shine we’ll be meeting at Thea’s Park to give thanks to all the weather that makes our city the best city!
