The Sprinting Yogi hosts a free yoga class the last Sunday of every month, mark your calendars!
All abilities and comfort levels welcome. Barely able to touch your toes, don't know fancy yoga terms, or able to single hand handstand while maintaining your ujjay breath, this class is for you.
Best to wear form fitting workout attire and bring a yoga mat and water bottle.
What to expect:
- A yoga class that starts with a breath practice (pranayama) and ends with a relaxing meditation (savasana).
- A joyous and sometimes noisy practice. The only time we ask there to be silence is during pranayama and savasana.
- A different class every time! This class can range from a sweaty stretch session to a calming restorative class. It's always instructors choice, but they'll let you know their plan a few days ahead of time.
