About our classes:
They start with a breath practice (pranayama) and end in a relaxing meditation (savasana).
We're not quite yogis! A joyous and sometimes noisy practice, the only time we ask there be silence is during pranayama and savasana.
Best to wear form fitting workout attire. We work with a few props that get tangled-up in loose clothing.
Bring a yoga mat and water bottle, we won't have extras. Everything else you need we'll provide.
