Building Back Strength with Yoga

Back strength is important for maintaining your posture. Whether you're sitting at a desk all day or out for a run good posture reduces strain on the body and helps you move more fluidly. In this workshop we'll take the time to learn how to do a back strengthening yoga sequence correctly.

What you'll receive:

  • 90-min of hands-on instruction in a small group setting.
  • Digital and/or paper handouts so you can recreate the practice at home. 
  • Playlist to go along with your practice that you can download from Spotify.
