Our distance running programs are intended for those wanting to incorporate distance running into a healthy and balanced lifestyle. We focus on strategies to keep you running long, strong, and injury free, while maintaining a joy for running. Each season is 12 weeks long leading up to a goal race and has both running and run/walking groups. Runs are lead by a RRCA certified coach.  All abilities are welcome, however our groups focus those running a 10 min pace or slower.

ALLISON EVANS

Allison is a life long runner and practicing yoga teacher. Originally using yoga as a way to stay active while rehabbing an IT band injury, she began to incorporate yoga into her run training and has ran injury free since 2015. 

Allison is a 200 hr RYT and RRCA certified running coach.
