What is Body Roll?

Body Roll is what we call myofascial release or MFR.

Fascia is connective tissue that covers all our inside parts and helps our body move softly throughout the day. But sometimes long runs, hours of sitting, or injury cause fascia to get bound-up, and become stiff and brittle. Rolling it loosens and re-hydrates fascia so we can move again.
