What to bring/wear:
Water bottle - we'll be working with the deep tissue layers and that tends to release a lot of toxins, to help flush that gunk out you'll want to drink lots of water before, durning, and after our practice.
Yoga Mat - if you don't have one it's not a big deal, I'll have a few on hand.
Form fitting clothing - the balls we'll be using to roll are made of a special material that grips and can get tangled-up in loose fabrics.
Hair tie - speaking of tangled-up, balls can also grip long hair. You'll want to pull it up and out of the way.
