Yoga ~ Running

Allison is a life long runner and practicing yogi. Initially coming to yoga as a way to help rehab an IT band injury she has successfully incorporated the practice into her running training and, along with the values of Mindfulness, has been able to run nearly injury free since 2015.

Certifications:

  • 200-hr Registered Yoga Teacher

  • 500-hr Registered Yoga Teacher - in progress

  • RRCA Certified Running Coach
